A clear, private process from first conversation to final documentation Planning a birth in another country involves more than arranging travel and accommodation. It requires careful timing, document preparation, medical coordination, local support, and communication between several independent professionals.
How It Works
Private birth · Dubai to Brazil
Private Birth Brazil gives your family one coordinated process and one dedicated point of contact throughout the journey.
We help organise the practical details while independent Brazilian legal counsel and qualified healthcare professionals provide advice and services within their respective fields.
Every family’s circumstances are different. The process below is therefore a general guide. Your personal timeline, requirements, and programme scope will be confirmed during your private assessment.
Step 1
Start with a private assessment The process begins with a confidential conversation about your family, your expected travel dates, your pregnancy timeline, your nationality, and your priorities for the journey.
We use this initial discussion to understand what you are looking for and whether our coordination service is appropriate for your circumstances. We will also identify the information and documents required for the next stage.
At this point, we do not provide medical or legal advice. Where specialist advice is required, we coordinate access to independent licensed Brazilian counsel and qualified medical professionals.
Your next step: request a private assessment through the contact form or WhatsApp.
Step 2
Receive a tailored plan Following the initial assessment, we prepare a proposed plan for your family. This sets out the expected stages of the journey, the main preparation requirements, the professional services involved, and the practical decisions that need to be made before departure.
Your plan may cover:
• the expected timing of your travel;
• document and apostille preparation;
• medical-record handover;
• maternity and clinical coordination;
• accommodation and arrival arrangements;
• birth-registration and documentation steps; and
• the responsibilities of your family, our coordination team, and independent professional providers.
Step 3
Confirm your programme If you decide to proceed, you receive a personalised Programme Agreement outlining the agreed scope of coordination, the expected timeline, included allowances, exclusions, third-party costs, and payment terms.
Once the engagement is confirmed and the initial deposit has been paid, your dedicated point of contact begins the onboarding process.
You will receive a preparation schedule so that important tasks can be completed in the correct order. This helps avoid last-minute issues with documents, travel, medical records, or appointments
Step 4
Prepare before departure The preparation phase is designed to make your arrival in Brazil as organised as possible.
We coordinate the practical work required before travel, including communication between relevant providers, document checklists, travel planning, medical-record preparation, and arrangements for your arrival and accommodation.
You will be informed about the documents you need to provide and any matters that must be handled directly by you, a government authority, a medical provider, or independent legal counsel.
The aim is not to make assumptions about your circumstances. It is to identify requirements early, confirm responsibilities clearly, and ensure that the professionals involved have the information they need.
Step 5
Arrive and settle in Brazil When you arrive, our local coordination begins according to the agreed plan. We help organise the practical aspects of settling in, including arrival assistance, accommodation-related arrangements, local communication, transport, and orientation.
We also coordinate the next appointments and introductions required for your maternity journey.
Your family remains responsible for following the advice of your doctors, complying with immigration requirements, and making decisions about your medical care.
Our role is to make communication and logistics easier while you focus on your wellbeing and your family....
Step 6
Step 7
Coordinate the birth and recovery period During the birth period, we remain available to coordinate communication and practical arrangements between your family, the maternity providers, and the other professionals involved in your programme.
Medical decisions, treatment, diagnosis, and clinical outcomes remain the responsibility of your chosen healthcare professionals. We do not replace your doctor, hospital, lawyer, or government authority.
After the birth, we help organise the next administrative and practical steps, including communication with the relevant providers and preparation for the documentation process.
Step 8
Complete the post-birth documentation process After your child’s birth, the required civil and administrative steps are coordinated in the appropriate order.
Depending on your circumstances, this may involve birth registration, obtaining the Brazilian birth certificate, applying for the child’s CPF, coordinating passport documentation, arranging translations, and working with independent Brazilian counsel regarding any parental residence application.
The exact process and timing depend on the documents provided, the relevant authorities, professional availability, and the decisions of competent government bodies. We will keep you informed about outstanding requirements and the progress of the steps within our agreed scope
Complete your journey and receive ongoing support Before your departure from Brazil, we review the remaining practical and administrative matters with you. Where documents or applications remain in progress, we explain the next steps and coordinate updates according to the agreed programme scope.
Our objective is to ensure that your family leaves Brazil with a clear understanding of what has been completed, what remains outstanding, and who is responsible for each remaining action.
All timings are indicative. They may change according to medical advice, pregnancy circumstances, airline requirements, provider availability, government procedures, and the decisions of competent authorities....
